Hub have been appointed by Up Property to manage the project delivery of 19 new homes proposed at 2 Morven Court Highton, Geelong. The works will initially comprise of a civil package to connect the 9,361sqm site to the neighbouring road network.

The proposed residences would range from three to five bedrooms in single and double-storey buildings across the site. The developement aligns with Geelong’s objective for infill development in existing suburbs with access to services.
