‘Boiler House’ is the latest residential project in Alphington and is part of Glenvill Developments future-focused residential masterplan – a new suburb in Melbourne named YarraBend.

The project integrates components of the original 1920’s boiler house structure with thoughtful new materiality, blending new and old into a timeless residential offering. The new addition is expected to house in excess of 130 apartments of varying typologies and will also include basement parking.
