David leads the Transactions & Advisory department within the Hub Property Group business and takes pride in building the development pipeline, financial performance and project returns for our client’s investments. David has nearly 10 years of experience in the acquisitions, development management and capital structuring industries and plays a major role in the Hub business by providing key strategic advice, feasibility analysis and development forecasting to assist our clients to maximise their project returns.

David has been involved in the Hub journey from the beginning, playing a key role in building the foundations of the business alongside Michael and the rest of the team. David’s passion for his role stems from the challenge and satisfaction of being involved in the development process from day one, through to completion.

He takes pride in his contribution to the built world and in creating projects that stand the test of time.
