Site Update I Highton, Geelong

We’re thrilled to share civil construction works have recently commenced at Morven Court in Highton (Geelong).

Comprised of 19 new homes, the first stage of this project comprises a civil package to connect the 9,361sqm site to the neighbouring road network. The development is one of several important new projects underway locally to align with Geelong’s objective for infill development opportunities to existing urban suburbs. Construction is set to be underway towards the end of 2025.
