Construction Update I Luma

Since September 2024 Hub has provided Superintendent services on Stage 2 of  Development Victoria’s landmark 300 townhouse development project in the Sunshine.

The LUMA park spans 3,600 square meters and includes a playground, sheltered BBQ area, and picnic areas. It is also located within walking distance of both Albion and Ginifer train station.

On site construction is progressing well with the completion of Stage 2 forecast for June 2026.
