153 – 157 Burswood Rd, Burswood WA

Structure:

The 6th and final suspended slab is having the formwork installed currently and is expected to be poured by mid-February 2023.

Structural steelwork will then follow closely behind to install the roof structure and have the building watertight by April 2023

Internals:

Plasterboard ceilings and walls on level 1 are being closed currently ready for screeding, cabinetry and tiling works to commence in February.

Service trades and Wall Framing teams are staying ahead on level 3 to keep the sequence flowing.
